Polo della Cosmesi will bring more than 70 companies together on October 29 for its annual Innovation Day. It will take place in Crema, Italy.

This year is the b2b event’s 4th edition. Attendees will include entrepreneurs, managers, journalists, researchers and purchasers from Italy and abroad.

This year’s event is focused on sustainability. Topics will include:

• The New Frontiers of the “Green” Industry — Renewable Sources and Recycled Material
• Ethics, Sustainability and a New Business Model in Cosmetics
• Innovation and 3.0 Sustainability

Innovation Day will also feature networking opportunities, speakers, and two round table discussions focusing on sustainability.

The main topics discussed at various presentations throughout the morning include automation, sustainable beauty packaging, new trends and innovations. The afternoon’s roundtable discussion will focus on raw materials and sustainable strategies for makeup and skincare.

A panel of experts will reward three projects, by the day’s end, that best embody the perfect match between innovation and sustainability.
